DOA/defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory.
Please request an RMA number via email for exchange. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns.
Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it.
The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items unless the item was defective/wrong item.
Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
If the retail package has been opened, and item return for a refund is not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
S/H & Insurance charges are non-refundable.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
Please allow 3 business days after we receive the item to process your return.
